Feb - Apr 2025: The Spark is Lit & Testing Begins

As the founder of Spark Bar, I was tired of overly processed energy gels and wanted to create a natural energy bar with ingredients everyone could trust. After researching and testing numerous recipes (some even with beetroot powder!), I began handing out samples at my local gym to gather feedback. After several iterations, I landed on the perfect formula: the Natural Energy Bar.

May 2025: First Sale & First Wholesale Order

With the Natural Energy Bar now on the market at our local gym, our first sales came in strong. A local grocer placed an order, marking our first wholesale deal. The feedback was amazing, and we went back to work refining the product even further.

June - July 2025: Expanding the Range

Customers wanted more, so we introduced the Natural Recovery Bar in Choc Oats and Apple Cinnamon flavors, packed with creatine and plant-based protein. We also added the Apple Cinnamon flavor to the Natural Energy Bar range to meet demand.

July 2025 - TBC: Onward & Upward

We’re learning new lessons daily and striving to improve both our products and our brand. Our next step: expanding beyond local gyms, gaining exposure from market stalls and launching DTC sales via our website.
