Do Spark products contain any added sugars or preseratives?
No! We only use natural sweeteners like date syrup, maple syrup, monk fruit, and coconut sugar. There are no artificial sweeteners or refined sugars in our bars—just pure, clean energy from whole food ingredients.
Are Spark products gluten-free?
Our bars are not officially certified gluten-free, as we use oat flour that may have been processed in facilities handling gluten. If you have celiac disease or severe gluten sensitivity, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider.
How should I store my Spark products?
For optimal freshness, we recommend storing the bars at room temperature. Our foil-lined packaging keeps the bars fresh for up to two weeks at room temperature.
Can I eat Spark products as a meal replacement?
Spark products are designed to be a great snack or pre/post-workout recovery fuel. They are nutrient-dense but not a full meal replacement. Depending on your activity level, you may find that one bar can act as a meal supplement for busy days, but we recommend a balanced meal alongside it for optimal nutrition.
Do any of the Spark products contain caffeine?
Yes! All Energy Bar flavours contain 90mg of caffeine per bar (from guarana powder) to give you that clean, sustained energy boost before your workout. The recovery bars do not contain caffeine, so they’re perfect for refuelling after exercise.
Are Spark Bars safe for people with allergies?
We make every effort to ensure our products are safe for most people, but since our bars are produced in a facility that handles nuts, there could be trace amounts of nut products. Always check the ingredient list for any allergens that might affect you, and if you have any concerns, please feel free to reach out to us.

How can I buy Spark Bars?
You can purchase the Spark range directly through our website for fast shipping. Keep an eye out on our socials for deliveries to our local gyms and grocers for in person purchasing.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time We move fast. All orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from our kitchen. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Australian Domestic Shipping We use trusted carriers to get your fuel to you as quickly as possible.

Tracking Your Order Once your bars leave our facility, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the journey to your door.
International Shipping Currently, we only ship within Australia. We are working on getting Spark to our international friends soon!
Can I track my Order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your products as they make their way to you.

How do I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately at sparkbar.energy@gmail.com or through our contact form. We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so it’s important to reach out as soon as possible.
- Shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it, but we'll do our best to assist you with a solution.
- Processing stage, we can help update your order or cancel it before it ships.

What should I do if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?

We are confident that Spark Bars will be the best functional fuel you’ve ever tasted. That’s why we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on your first order.
If you try our bars and decide they aren't part of your routine, simply email us at sparkbar.energy@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. We will refund you for your first order—no return shipping required. We’d rather you share them with a friend than have them sit in your pantry!
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please snap a photo and email it to us at sparkbar.energy@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement out to you immediately, free of charge.
Standard Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened boxes outside of our First Order Guarantee. Unopened boxes may be returned within 30 days of purchase (customer covers return shipping).
Summer Quality Guarantee (Oct–Mar)
We want every bar to arrive in great shape. In warmer months we ship Mon–Wed, add thermal protection on hot days, and upgrade to Express when needed. If your order arrives melted or adversely affected, we’ll make it right.
What’s covered
- Visible melt/softening that doesn’t resolve after 15–20 minutes in a cool room or 10 minutes in the fridge.
- Package heat damage: leaking fats, severe bloom, or wrappers deformed by heat.
What’s not covered
- Parcels left in direct sun/heat for extended periods (e.g., porch for several hours) when Authority to Leave (ATL) was selected.
- Orders not collected from a Parcel Locker/Post Office within 48 hours.
- Minor cosmetic scuffs that don’t affect taste, safety, or weight.
How to request a fix (easy)
- Email sparkbar.energy@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include order number, photos of the outside box and affected bars, and confirm whether the parcel was brought inside on delivery.
What we’ll do
- Refund: to your original payment method for the affected items (shipping excluded), or 110% store credit if you prefer.
Preventing melt (quick tips)
- Use a work address/Parcel Locker if no one’s home.
- Add our “Heat Pack” at checkout on very hot weeks.
- Bring parcels inside promptly on delivery.
Fine print
- Claims must be lodged within 24 hours of the tracking showing “Delivered.”
- Where ATL was chosen and the parcel was left outside in heat, we may offer 50% store credit instead of full replacement/refund.
- If an order is severely heat-damaged, we may ask you to dispose of the product for safety.
